• Provide comparative property and market analysis

INVESTIGATE & NEGOTIATE
• Assure full legal and physical condition disclosures
• Define necessary improvements and secure construction cost estimates, if needed
• Draft offers and counter-offers for client approval
• Review and recommend changes to terms and conditions of proposed contracts

• Negotiate terms satisfactory to parties with opposing yet mutual interests


CONDUCT INSPECTIONS & SATISFY CONTINGENCIES
• Conduct feasibility and risk analysis
• Complete due diligence investigations
• Address all contingencies before closing escrow or signing lease documents and, 
• Provide follow-up as needed.
